Question 1

How are deliveries managed for the various office parks and medical centers in Fairlawn?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to professional plazas and medical office buildings requires a suite number and a specific department name. Many of these suburban commercial buildings use centralized reception desks to receive incoming items. Including the name of the business or medical practice helps the driver navigate these multi-tenant properties correctly.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a local residence or business?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of busy commercial corridors and residential side streets. Drivers use the large parking lots and circular drives common at local shopping centers and professional complexes to reach the main entrance. For home deliveries, please specify if the property has a long driveway or a specific side entrance for the driver to use.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not present at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to corporate offices or medical suites, the driver will leave the arrangement with the front desk or department receptionist. At residential locations with deep setbacks or gated entries, the driver will attempt to find a secure spot or contact the recipient for instructions. Providing a phone number helps ensure the driver can access secured professional buildings or private residential lanes.
