Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various residential properties in Monmouth Beach?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to oceanfront high-rise buildings, enter the unit number and the name of the concierge at checkout. For single-family homes, specify if the property has a gated entrance or a specific porch for drop-offs. These details help our drivers navigate the city’s mix of secured multi-story complexes and deep-set residential properties.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered throughout this coastal town?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to ensure the arrangement arrives intact while navigating the narrow peninsula streets. Our drivers use residential loading zones and street-side access to reach both waterfront estates and shoreline apartments. Providing clear instructions on building entry helps the driver avoid delays caused by restricted beach-block parking.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we leave the flowers with a building attendant or on a covered porch area. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a similar bloom of equal value to maintain the arrangement's size. Including the recipient’s phone number helps us coordinate entry into the city's many secured residential lobbies and gated driveways.
