Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large office campuses and gated residential areas in Fort Monmouth?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the secured corporate parks and gated residential clusters require specific entry instructions at checkout. Provide the building letter, suite number, or gate access codes so the driver can pass through security checkpoints. These details ensure the flowers reach the correct desk or interior residence in these spread-out properties.

Question 2

Are flowers shipped in a box or hand-delivered to accommodate the local property layouts?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to navigate the long driveways and large parking complexes common to the local redeveloped campus sites. Drivers walk the arrangements directly into buildings rather than leaving them at main gates or shipping them in boxes. Including instructions for building wings or secondary entrances helps prevent delays in these expansive layouts.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable at a secured building or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a gated home or secured office, the driver will contact you to arrange an alternative drop-off or neighbor delivery. We use a similar bloom of equal value if a specific flower is unavailable to ensure the design is completed. Providing a working phone number for the recipient is the best way to avoid failed deliveries due to restricted building access.
