Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

Delivery to the redeveloped office zones and gated residential complexes requires specific gate codes or building numbers. At checkout, provide the suite number or the specific department name so the courier can pass through the perimeter security checkpoints. This information allows the driver to navigate the restricted access points found throughout these large professional and residential campuses.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of open-access suburban homes and private waterfront estates. Since many properties feature long driveways or keypad-controlled gates, we need instructions on where to leave the arrangement if the front door is not accessible. This prevents the driver from leaving the flowers at a roadside mailbox or a perimeter security gate.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available at a secured office complex or a gated home, the driver will contact you for a secondary delivery spot. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a variety of equal value to maintain the arrangement's size. Providing a recipient's phone number helps the driver navigate badge-access lobbies and restricted residential entry points.
