Question 1

How does delivery work for local offices and medical centers?

Accepted Answer

Many Shrewsbury addresses are located within multi-tenant office parks or professional medical complexes that require check-in at a central reception desk. You must provide the suite number and building name at checkout to ensure the driver can navigate these restricted-access commercial properties. These details prevent the arrangement from being held at a general mailroom or security gate.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered in a vehicle to accommodate the borough's mix of high-traffic commercial corridors and quiet residential side streets. The driver brings the flowers directly to the front desk of professional buildings or the main entrance of private homes. Including gate codes or specific entrance instructions for properties with long setbacks helps the driver avoid delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a residence, the driver will leave the flowers in a sheltered area near the door, as many local properties have deep setbacks from the main road. For office deliveries where the person is away from their desk, the driver will leave the order with the building's designated receptionist. Providing a recipient phone number allows the driver to confirm access if they encounter a locked commercial lobby or a gated residential driveway.
