Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and offices in Little Silver?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to single-family residential properties and professional office suites throughout the borough. For offices, include the suite number and business name so the driver can locate the correct entrance within multi-tenant buildings. Residential orders require a clear house number to ensure the driver identifies the correct property among the town's many detached homes.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to the recipient?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive safely at residential porches or office reception desks. The driver navigates local residential streets and uses on-site parking at professional buildings for direct walk-up delivery. Providing details about long private driveways or side-entrance preferences helps the driver complete the delivery without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away from a residence, the driver will look for a secure, shaded area on the property or a neighbor to accept the flowers. When a specific flower variety is unavailable, we provide a substitute of equal value that matches the original color and style. Including a recipient phone number is essential for resolving access issues at gated properties or locked professional building entries.
