Question 1

How do you ensure delivery reaches the right person at local businesses or medical campuses?

Accepted Answer

In Tinton Falls, many professional addresses are located within sprawling corporate parks and medical campuses with multiple buildings. You must enter the specific building letter and suite at checkout to ensure the driver finds the correct reception desk. These details are required because a single street address often covers several separate professional offices.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered by hand or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the suburban layout of residential streets and multi-tenant office complexes. Drivers walk the arrangement directly to the door, which is necessary for homes with deep setbacks and long driveways. Providing a suite number or gate code allows the driver to reach the recipient without being stopped at a main security point.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, the driver will leave the flowers at the front door. For deliveries to gated residential communities or secured commercial buildings, we use the recipient's phone number to coordinate entry if the driver is blocked. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value to keep the arrangement full.
