Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of addresses in Fair Haven?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the front doors of residential homes and the main desks of small-scale professional offices. For properties set back from the road behind mature landscaping, ensure the house number is visible from the street. Mentioning a specific suite or floor number is required for deliveries to multi-tenant buildings on the main thoroughfare.

Question 2

How are the flowers transported and delivered?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the borough's residential layout. Because many streets are narrow with limited public parking, we use private driveways to complete the delivery. Please specify if there is a side door or a porch where the item can be left out of sight from the sidewalk.

Question 3

What is the process if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery is left in a shaded area on the porch or with a neighbor. When a specific stem is not in stock, we substitute it with a similar flower of equal value. Providing a recipient's phone number is necessary for homes with gated driveways or perimeter fencing.
