Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals and secured buildings in Long Branch?

Accepted Answer

For the city's large medical campus, you must provide the specific wing and room number to ensure the delivery reaches the correct station. For high-rise condos along the oceanfront, please specify if there is a front desk or concierge. These details allow the driver to navigate security checkpoints and follow the specific package protocols of these multi-story buildings.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered given the city's layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to manage the city's mix of narrow residential streets and dense beachfront developments. Because street parking is often limited near the water, providing a unit or floor number helps the driver navigate the walk to the entrance. Hand delivery ensures the flowers are stable while being transported through elevators and long corridors.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we look for a secured lobby or a porch area sheltered from the high coastal winds. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the same color and shape. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps us resolve access issues at gated residential clusters or locked apartment entrances.
