Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, and secured buildings in Milford?

Accepted Answer

Milford contains large medical campuses and sprawling business parks with multiple wings. You must provide the specific department name and room number for medical centers. For business parks, include the suite number and building letter so the driver can locate the correct entrance.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate Milford’s mix of narrow historic streets and modern suburban developments. In older neighborhoods, we deliver directly to the front porch or main door. For newer residential areas with long driveways or gated access, provide the entry code at checkout to prevent delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we leave the flowers at the front door or with a reception desk in secured buildings. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a similar bloom that matches the original height and width. Providing the recipient's phone number helps us navigate properties with set-back entrances or shared residential gates.
