Question 1

How do you ensure delivery to the medical campus or high-rise office buildings?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the medical campus or high-rise office towers require a suite number, department name, or floor. Provide these details at checkout so the courier can locate the correct reception desk or nursing station. This information ensures the driver can pass through building security without delays.

Question 2

Are the flowers hand-delivered to homes and the retail district?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to ensure it arrives ready for display. For deliveries within the concentrated retail corridor, provide specific shop or office suite numbers to help the courier navigate the parking structures. Accurate entrance details are necessary for reaching recipients in multi-story commercial buildings.

Question 3

What happens if there are access issues at a gated community or secured office?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a gated entrance or secured residential building, the courier will contact the recipient or leave the flowers with a concierge. Including the recipient’s phone number helps the driver manage restricted access points common in local residential areas. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar bloom that maintains the same look and value.
