Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and homes in this area?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the reception desks of professional office parks and the front doors of residential properties. Because many buildings are tucked away in wooded areas or set back from the main road, you must provide the specific suite number or gate access code at checkout. This ensures the driver finds the correct entrance in complexes where multiple businesses share a single driveway.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the recipient's door to safely navigate the winding, two-lane roads and long residential driveways common here. Since many homes sit on sloped lots or near the river trail, drivers look for a flat, stable surface on the porch for secure placement. Providing instructions about side entrances or specific porch locations helps avoid delays on properties with restricted front-door access.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will leave the flowers in a secure, shaded area on the porch or with a next-door neighbor. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar variety that matches the original color and value. Including a recipient phone number is necessary for properties where mailboxes are grouped at the road, as it allows the driver to confirm they have reached the correct house.
