Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and medical complexes in this city?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to corporate office parks and medical centers require a specific building number, suite, and department name. Most of these properties use a centralized security desk or lobby reception as the mandatory drop-off point for couriers. Providing the recipient’s direct floor number helps the front desk staff notify the correct person immediately.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to different property types in this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to manage the transition from multi-story corporate towers to low-density residential streets. For large office campuses, specify if a loading dock or specific side entrance is the required courier access point. Residential deliveries should include gate codes or side-porch instructions if the front entrance is restricted.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable at a secured building?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient in a secured office park or restricted medical wing is unavailable, the driver leaves the arrangement with the site coordinator or front desk. When specific stems are unavailable, they are replaced with flowers of equal value that maintain the original height and shape. Including the recipient’s mobile number helps the driver navigate large multi-building properties if the main entrance is blocked.
