Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various office complexes and residential areas in Mount Repose?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the professional offices along the main highway corridor and the surrounding residential streets. Please provide the specific suite number for office buildings or the department name for medical clinics at checkout. These details allow our drivers to navigate the clustered business entrances and reach the correct desk quickly.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to homes in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to manage the long, winding driveways and wooded lots common in this community. We do not use boxed shipping because packages left at the end of long private drives are often difficult for residents to see. Providing clear instructions for properties where the front door is set back from the road helps us ensure a successful drop-off.

Question 3

What happens if the driver cannot complete the delivery as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available, we look for a shaded porch or a secure spot away from the road to place the arrangement. If specific flowers are unavailable, we use the closest possible match of equal value to maintain the look of your order. Including the recipient’s phone number helps us resolve access issues for homes with gated entries or long, private driveways.
