Question 1

How do deliveries work for the residential estates and secured properties in Indian Hill?

Accepted Answer

Residences here consist of multi-acre lots with private gated entrances and secured property lines. At checkout, enter the gate code or specific driveway instructions so the driver can reach the front door. These details matter because they prevent the delivery from being left at the perimeter of the estate.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the city’s spread-out residential layout?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the front door to navigate the winding roads and wooded property layouts. We drive directly to the house, even when the building is not visible from the main road. Providing a description of the gate or entrance helps us find the specific home on these large parcels.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we look for a sheltered area near the entrance instead of leaving items at a roadside gate. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value to complete the order. Providing the recipient's phone number helps us contact them if we encounter a locked gate or hidden driveway.
