Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical offices and residential properties in Dry Run?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific suite number for deliveries to professional medical clusters or the building name for senior living centers. In this area of spread-out residential lots, clearly marked house numbers are necessary to identify homes set back far from the road. Accurate unit details ensure the driver finds the correct entrance at multi-family properties.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area and what affects the drop-off?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the residential layout of these suburban neighborhoods. Drivers navigate the long, private driveways common in these wooded lots to reach the front door directly. Providing specific gate codes or instructions for side entrances helps avoid delays when accessing properties with limited visibility from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver looks for a secure area near the front entry of the residence or leaves the arrangement with a neighbor. When a specific flower is out of stock, a similar variety is substituted to maintain the same appearance and value. Including a current phone number for the recipient helps resolve access issues for homes with gated entries or long setbacks.
