Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to hospitals, offices, and secured buildings?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to hilltop medical campuses and downtown office towers, enter the wing, floor, and suite number at checkout. These buildings require drivers to leave items at a designated reception desk or security station. These details ensure the order reaches the recipient through internal mail systems.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered given the city's layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the city’s narrow, steep hillside streets where large shipping trucks cannot park. Drivers walk flowers directly to the front door or the building's concierge desk. Enter gate codes or side-door instructions if the property is on a steep grade with restricted street access.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver finds a secure entryway or a neighbor to accept the delivery instead of leaving it on an exposed urban sidewalk. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar bloom is substituted to maintain the delivery schedule. A recipient phone number allows the driver to gain access to locked courtyard gates or secured apartment foyers.
