Question 1

How will my flowers be delivered to local offices or funeral homes?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the corporate office campuses near the highway require a suite number and a specific floor. For funeral homes, include the name of the deceased to ensure the arrangement reaches the correct service room. Providing a direct phone extension for office buildings helps the driver navigate through secured lobby entrances.

Question 2

How do you handle delivery to residential areas in this city?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the long, winding driveways and wooded lots found throughout the residential areas. Drivers navigate the transition from the compact downtown streets to the sprawling suburban subdivisions. Providing a gate code or specific instructions for houses with deep setbacks prevents delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available, the driver identifies a porch area out of sight from the main road. For homes located on steep hills or with limited street visibility, a contact number for the recipient is necessary to confirm a safe placement. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value and similar color is used to maintain the arrangement's physical dimensions.
