Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the local medical campus and professional office suites?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building wing, suite number, or room details at checkout. This city’s medical complexes and professional centers require drivers to check in at central reception desks before proceeding. Accurate location details ensure the driver navigates the interconnected buildings correctly to reach the recipient.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties and office buildings?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the door or a designated reception area rather than shipped in a box. For suburban homes with long driveways or side-entry porches, include these details to help the driver locate the correct drop-off point. Providing gate codes for residential developments prevents delays at the entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is in a medical appointment or a secured office, the arrangement is left with the building’s front desk or concierge. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the same height and shape. Including the recipient's phone number helps the driver coordinate access to locked professional buildings or gated properties.
