Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to professional offices and residential estates in this area?

Accepted Answer

For gated estates and residential properties with long driveways, please provide the gate code or specific entry instructions at checkout. Deliveries to small professional offices are left with the front desk or receptionist. These details are necessary to navigate private roads and secured entrances common in this borough.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered given the wooded and low-density layout of the town?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered directly to the door rather than shipped in boxes. Drivers navigate properties that are often set back from the main road by looking for visible house numbers and entrance markers. Providing a recipient phone number ensures the driver can confirm the house location if the driveway is not clearly marked.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we look for a covered porch or a side entrance that is not visible from the street. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value that maintains the same style. Providing specific instructions for hidden entrances or long driveways reduces the chance of a failed delivery.
