Question 1

How do you ensure delivery reaches the correct address in Chester Township?

Accepted Answer

This township features many homes set back significantly from the road behind wooded lot lines. Enter any gate codes and describe the house number’s location on the fence or mailbox at checkout. These details allow the driver to identify the correct property entrance when the home is not visible from the street.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to properties in this township layout?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-carried to the door to accommodate the winding roads and deep residential setbacks of this area. We do not leave arrangements at roadside mailboxes or use boxed shipping services. Providing specific driveway instructions helps the driver navigate to the front entrance of secluded properties.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver identifies a sheltered spot on a porch or with a neighbor to protect the item from local wildlife. When a specific stem is unavailable, a designer replaces it with a bloom of equal value. Including a recipient’s phone number helps resolve access issues if a driveway is gated or blocked.
