Question 1

How does delivery work for the corporate campuses and gated estates in Peapack and Gladstone?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to corporate campuses or gated residences, please provide the building number and any necessary security access codes. Our drivers check in at reception desks or security gates to reach the final recipient. Including these details at checkout ensures the flowers are accepted by the correct department or household staff.

Question 2

How does the local layout affect the delivery method?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the low-density layout and private driveways of the borough. We do not use boxed shipping because packages left at the end of long estate driveways can be missed. Providing a gate code or specific instructions for finding the main entrance helps us complete the delivery on the first attempt.

Question 3

How are unavailable recipients or flower substitutions handled in this city?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable at a secured corporate building or a gated residence, we call them to coordinate a safe drop-off location. When a specific flower is out of stock, we use a similar variety that maintains the same look and value. Correct suite numbers for office parks and gate access for residential properties prevent failed deliveries.
