Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to New Vernon residences and facilities?

Accepted Answer

Provide any gate codes or specific instructions for properties with long, private driveways during checkout. Many homes in this area are set far back from the main road and require access codes for entry. These details ensure the driver can reach the front door rather than leaving the arrangement at a roadside gate.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in New Vernon?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the spread-out residential layout and wooded properties of the township. This method allows our drivers to navigate private roads and locate specific entrances that automated shipping services often miss. Including a description of the house or property entrance helps prevent delays in finding secluded addresses.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not there, the driver will leave the arrangement in a sheltered area near the front door of the residence. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original color and form. Providing the recipient's phone number is required for gated estates to ensure the driver can request entry if needed.
