Question 1

How do you ensure delivery reaches the correct desk or room in Morris Township?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to large medical campuses and multi-building corporate parks, enter the specific wing or department at checkout. Drivers must check in at security gates or reception desks before reaching internal offices. Providing these details ensures the arrangement does not get held up at a general mailroom.

Question 2

How are flowers handled during delivery to residential areas in Morris Township?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door to navigate the township’s mix of winding residential roads and homes with long driveways. Include gate codes or specific driveway instructions if the house is not visible from the main street. This ensures the delivery is placed at the entrance rather than left at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a corporate office or gated home?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away from their desk at a corporate campus, we leave the arrangement with the floor receptionist or security station. In gated residential areas, providing the recipient's phone number allows us to coordinate entry if the gate is locked. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar variety to ensure the delivery reaches the property on the requested day.
