Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional offices and historic buildings in Chester?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the professional suites and historic storefronts downtown, please include the suite number and the name on the door. For residential units located above businesses, specify if the entrance is on the main street or a side alley. These details ensure the driver finds the correct entry point in multi-use buildings.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered by a driver or through a shipping service?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered by a driver to accommodate the long, winding driveways and large acreage lots common in this area. We do not use boxed shipping because packages can be difficult to locate on deep rural properties. Providing a gate code or a description of the house number at the road helps the driver reach the front door.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

On rural properties, drivers will look for a sheltered porch or side door away from the main road if no one is home. For businesses on the main thoroughfare, we contact the recipient if there is no secure indoor area to leave the gift. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we use a similar variety of equal value to ensure the delivery arrives on the scheduled day.
