Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large estates and gated properties in Far Hills?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the main entrance of residential estates and properties with restricted access. You must provide any gate codes or specific instructions for long private driveways in the delivery notes at checkout. These details allow the driver to reach the front door of homes that are not visible from the public road.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered given the low-density layout of the area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the spread-out nature of this community. We do not use boxed shipping because properties are often set far back from the street. Please specify if the delivery should be left at a gatehouse or with property staff if the main residence is behind a locked perimeter.

Question 3

What happens if the driver cannot access the property or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we leave the flowers in a sheltered area at the primary entrance or with an estate manager. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value that matches the original color palette. Providing a phone number for the recipient or property staff helps prevent failed deliveries at estates with long driveways or security gates.
