Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, and secured buildings in Bernardsville?

Accepted Answer

Many professional offices and residential estates in this area are set back on long, wooded driveways or located within multi-tenant complexes. Please provide the specific suite number for office buildings and the gate access code for private properties at checkout. These details allow for direct entry to secluded sites and ensure the delivery person can reach the front door.

Question 2

Are flowers hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the borough’s hilly terrain and expansive property layouts. We do not use boxed shipping because packages can be easily overlooked on large porches or long driveways. Including notes about specific side-door access or porch placements helps the delivery person leave the flowers in a visible location.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we look for a sheltered spot on the porch or a designated delivery box at the driveway entrance. Since houses in this area are often spaced far apart, we do not leave arrangements with neighbors and will contact the recipient for further instructions. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original color and size.
