Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local businesses and residential streets?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries in this village primarily serve detached homes and small storefronts with direct street access. For the local school campus or funeral homes, provide the specific wing or department name at checkout. This ensures the driver uses the correct entrance instead of searching the residential blocks or central business district.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the open-air porches and wide residential lots found throughout the community. Drivers use street-side parking and private driveways to bring the flowers directly to the door. Including notes about side-door access or specific porch locations helps the driver find the best drop-off point on deeper properties.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a residential address?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver looks for a sheltered spot on the porch or leaves the order with a next-door neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute a variety of equal value that maintains the same color and style. Providing a phone number for a nearby neighbor helps prevent the driver from returning the flowers to the shop if the primary residence is inaccessible.
