Question 1

How does delivery work for medical facilities or industrial sites in Upper Sandusky?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the central medical center or the industrial parks on the edge of town, provide the specific wing or department name at checkout. We deliver directly to the main reception desks of these facilities to comply with their access protocols. This ensures your gift reaches the correct person in these large-scale buildings.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the city’s different residential layouts?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate both the compact downtown apartments and the sprawling residential lots on the outskirts. For downtown units located above businesses, please provide the street-level entry instructions. For homes with deep setbacks from the road, indicate your preferred porch or side-door placement.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we look for a secure spot on the porch or leave the flowers with a neighbor on these open residential streets. Providing a phone number allows us to contact the recipient if the property has a gated driveway or limited access. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we use a substitute of equal value that preserves the style of the arrangement.
