Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the major medical campuses and industrial sites in Mansfield?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the central medical complexes or large industrial corridors require the specific building wing and department name. These sprawling sites have multiple restricted access points that are separate from the main public entrances. Including these details at checkout ensures the florist uses the correct service desk or reception area.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for residential areas with hilly terrain or narrow streets?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the steep, winding driveways and narrow street parking common in our hillside residential neighborhoods. This direct delivery method prevents the tipping or damage that happens with boxed shipping on uneven ground. Provide specific instructions if the property is set back significantly from the main road or has a gated entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver looks for a side door or a porch area shielded from street view to leave the arrangement. When a specific flower is out of stock, the florist uses a similar variety that maintains the original color and size. Providing the recipient's phone number helps the driver navigate the shared entryways and secured lobbies found in the downtown residential buildings.
