Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local offices and care facilities in Lexington?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the single-story professional suites and residential senior villas located throughout the village. Provide the specific suite number or building wing at checkout so the driver can locate the correct entrance. This information is necessary because many local businesses share clustered layouts with separate private entries.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a residential address?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered directly to the door rather than left in a shipping box. Since many properties in the area have deep setbacks and side-entry porches, please specify the preferred drop-off point at checkout. This helps our drivers navigate homes with long driveways or those in the newer residential developments.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver looks for a sheltered porch area or leaves the gift with a neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute a stem of equal value that matches the original color and size. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver find addresses on the village outskirts where house numbers are frequently obscured from the road.
