Question 1

How does delivery work for businesses and service locations in Lucas?

Accepted Answer

Drivers bring arrangements directly to the main office of small businesses or the front desk of the local funeral home. Enter the name of the deceased for services or the specific desk location for employees at checkout. This ensures the driver finds the correct person within these street-level buildings.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the front door of homes and farm properties. For houses with long rural driveways or properties set back from the road, provide specific instructions on where to leave the arrangement. Mentioning if there is a side porch or a gate code helps the driver reach the door directly.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver leaves the flowers on a protected porch away from the street. When a specific flower is out of stock, the florist uses a similar bloom of the same value to keep the arrangement full. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver locate properties where house numbers are not clearly visible from the main road.
