Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different building types in Bellville?

Accepted Answer

Enter the business suite number for village storefronts or the gate code for private rural entries at checkout. These details are required because the town transitions quickly from dense street-side buildings to properties with long, private drives. This information allows the driver to reach the correct door without blocking narrow village lanes.

Question 2

How are flowers transported and delivered across the local area?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries are hand-carried to the door to accommodate the village’s mix of sidewalk-access shops and residential houses on large lots. Provide clear instructions if the front door is not visible from the street or if there is a preferred side entrance for rural properties. Hand delivery is used instead of boxed shipping to navigate the varied terrain and driveway lengths in this area.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver looks for a shielded porch or a neighbor who can accept the delivery in this close-knit village environment. When a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar stem that maintains the arrangement's shape and value. Including the recipient’s phone number helps the driver resolve access issues on the winding rural roads outside the village center.
