Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical centers and business offices in Ontario?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the medical clinics and professional suites located within the city’s large retail and commercial corridors. At checkout, you must provide the specific department name or suite number to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance. These details are necessary to navigate the multiple buildings and shared parking complexes found throughout the city.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to homes and apartments across the city’s residential streets and suburban layouts. If the property has a long driveway or a gated entrance, please provide the access code or specific drop-off instructions at checkout. This helps our drivers reach the front door directly and prevents delays at properties set back from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we look for a sheltered area on the porch to protect the arrangement from the wind common in our open suburban lots. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value that matches the original style. Providing a recipient phone number helps us coordinate delivery for properties with restricted building access.
