Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local offices and funeral homes in Mount Sterling?

Accepted Answer

Most deliveries in this village are made to street-level storefronts or residential porches. For professional offices located in converted historic houses, provide the specific entrance or suite letter at checkout. For funeral services, include the scheduled service time to ensure the arrangement is placed in the viewing room before the public arrives.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive ready for display. The village layout consists of open residential streets and small business districts, allowing drivers to walk orders directly to front doors without navigating parking garages. Providing details about side porches or specific house colors helps the driver identify the correct property in areas where house numbers may be obscured.

Question 3

What happens if no one is there to receive the delivery?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will look for a covered porch or a neighbor willing to accept the flowers. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is substituted with a bloom of the same color and value to keep the arrangement’s look. Including a local phone number for the recipient allows the driver to coordinate a successful drop-off if the property has a locked gate or a long driveway.
