Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various types of properties in National Park?

Accepted Answer

This borough consists of a dense residential grid where houses and small professional offices sit very close to the narrow streets. You must provide the specific unit number for multi-family homes and the suite or desk name for commercial buildings at checkout. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct entrance on these compact, high-density blocks.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand given the local layout?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to navigate the borough's small residential lots and front-porch architecture. Because many homes have steps leading directly onto the public sidewalk, please indicate if there is a side door or a more private spot for placement. This helps the driver manage deliveries where there is limited space between the house and the street.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver may leave the arrangement with a next-door neighbor due to the close proximity of the houses in this borough. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of the same value is used to ensure the bouquet remains complete. Providing a recipient phone number is the best way to prevent a failed delivery if a street-level gate is locked.
