Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to businesses and residential areas in Plain City?

Accepted Answer

In the historic downtown area, provide the specific suite number or side entrance for businesses located in multi-use buildings. For the newer residential developments with deep setbacks, include a description of the house to help identify the property from the road. A direct phone number for the recipient is required to ensure access to properties with long driveways or gated entries.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of clustered village storefronts and spread-out suburban properties. For homes with long walkways or porches not visible from the street, provide specific instructions on where the driver should leave the order. This hand-delivery method ensures the arrangement remains stable during the transition from the town center to the outer residential zones.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we look for a shaded area away from the street, as many local properties lack large covered porches. If a specific stem is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that maintains the original color palette and size. Providing a gate code or specific porch location helps prevent failed deliveries to the newer, more secluded residential lots.
