Question 1

How do you ensure delivery to homes in Lebanon Township?

Accepted Answer

Most properties here are residential and situated on large, wooded lots set back from the road. Please provide the house number and any gate codes needed for private driveway access at the checkout. These details are necessary because many entrances are hidden or not clearly marked from the main thoroughfare.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the township's terrain?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the winding roads and steep, unpaved hillsides found throughout the township. Drivers navigate long, private driveways to bring the arrangement directly to the house door rather than leaving it at the roadside. Providing specific notes about driveway length or visibility from the street helps the driver locate the correct property.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the delivery or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, the driver will look for a sheltered area near the entrance, as the distance between homes makes neighbor drop-offs impractical. When specific flowers are not in stock, we provide a substitution of equal value that matches the requested color scheme. A recipient phone number is required to ensure the driver can coordinate access to secluded or gated properties.
