Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and homes in Lebanon?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to corporate office parks along the highway corridor and residential homes on larger, set-back properties. Provide the suite number or department for office deliveries so the driver can find the correct reception desk. For residential orders, include notes about long driveways or gate codes to ensure the driver finds the front door.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for all orders to handle the mix of narrow village streets and properties located off main highway roads. The driver brings the arrangement directly to the door or reception area instead of leaving a box at the curb. Specifying if the house is visible from the road or requires a specific turn-off helps prevent delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues reaching the recipient?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver finds a secure location out of sight from the main road, which is necessary for the town's larger wooded lots. We replace unavailable flowers with similar stems of equal value to maintain the look of the arrangement. Providing a phone number for the recipient helps the driver navigate properties with restricted gate access or shared private drives.
