Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local medical campuses and offices?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to large medical complexes and corporate campuses, you must provide the specific building letter and suite number at checkout. These properties are set far back from the main roads with multiple service entrances, so these details are necessary to find the correct lobby. Residential orders require the house number and any specific gate access codes for private drives to ensure the driver can reach the front door.

Question 2

How does the area's layout affect the delivery method?

Accepted Answer

We use hand-delivery by local drivers because many homes sit on long, wooded driveways where shipping trucks cannot easily leave packages safely. This method ensures the arrangement is placed directly at the door rather than at a mailbox or a roadside entry. Providing instructions for properties with restricted entry or long private roads prevents the driver from being turned away at the perimeter.

Question 3

What occurs if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, the driver will attempt to leave the arrangement in a shaded area, as houses here are often too far apart to leave items with neighbors. If a specific stem is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar flower that matches the original color and value. Including the recipient’s phone number is vital for properties where the front entrance is not clearly visible from the main thoroughfare.
