Question 1

How does delivery work for different locations in Hampton?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential homes along the main borough streets and professional offices in the commercial areas. For properties set back from the road or located on winding hills, please provide the exact house number and any specific entrance instructions. This information ensures the driver identifies the correct building when signage is not clearly visible from the street.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the different layouts in this city?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of clustered village homes and spread-out rural properties. Because the central thoroughfare has limited street parking, we focus on direct hand-off at the primary entrance. For homes with long, private driveways, please include any gate codes or access details to help the driver reach the front door without delay.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues reaching the recipient?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we look for a secure location on a porch or near a side door that is shielded from the wind. If a specific flower is not available, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value and style. Providing a recipient phone number is helpful for properties on wooded lots where the house may be difficult to locate from the road.
