Question 1

How does delivery work for different types of properties in Glen Gardner?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the large healthcare campuses on the hillside, you must provide the specific building and room number. For residential homes, include gate codes or instructions for properties with long, private driveways. These details help the driver find the correct entrance on these expansive and multi-structure sites.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered by a driver to navigate the winding roads and steep terrain of the borough. Because many homes are set far back from the street, please indicate if the house number is visible from the road. This prevents the driver from missing the entrance on rural stretches where properties are widely spaced.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a protected area to shield it from the wind and wildlife found in these wooded neighborhoods. If a specific bloom is unavailable, a florist replaces it with a similar flower of equal value. Providing a recipient's phone number is necessary to coordinate access for homes with restricted entries or long drives.
