Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and secured buildings in Clinton?

Accepted Answer

Orders are delivered to both the compact historic town center and the corporate office complexes situated along the highway corridors. For office deliveries, provide the suite number and department to assist the driver with front desk check-in procedures. If the residence is in the historic district, specify if the entrance is located on the main street or a rear access lane.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to accommodate the local layout?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered in water to navigate the narrow streets and limited street parking found in the town’s core. Drivers transit pedestrian-heavy historic areas and large business park lobbies on foot to ensure a direct hand-off. Include any gate codes or secondary entrance details for properties set back from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver looks for a shaded spot on the porch or leaves the arrangement with a neighbor. For homes with long driveways or gated perimeters, a recipient phone number is required to coordinate entry. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value that matches the original style.
