Question 1

How are deliveries managed for the corporate offices and professional buildings in Whitehouse?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the large office parks in this area are made to a central security desk or a designated receiving department. You must provide the floor and suite number at checkout to ensure the flowers move past the main lobby. This information is necessary for our drivers to clear security checkpoints common at these gated business campuses.

Question 2

What delivery method is used for the residential properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for all orders to navigate the long driveways and set-back houses common in this suburban layout. This ensures the arrangement stays upright and is placed directly at the primary entrance. Providing specific instructions for properties with hidden entrances helps our drivers locate the correct house from the main road.

Question 3

What occurs if the recipient is not available or a certain flower is missing?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, we place the flowers at a side door or porch that offers protection on these open residential lots. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar bloom of equal value to complete the design. A valid phone number for the recipient helps us coordinate access if a driveway is gated or the house is not clearly visible.
