Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and offices with difficult access in High Bridge?

Accepted Answer

High Bridge contains many residential properties and small offices built onto steep hills with narrow sidewalk access. At checkout, you must indicate if the entrance is located at street level or requires ascending a hillside staircase. These details are necessary because many house numbers are obscured from the road by the borough's unique topography.

Question 2

What delivery method is used to navigate the local street layout?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for all orders to navigate the winding, narrow streets and tight residential parking found throughout the borough. This approach allows us to reach homes with limited street frontage or those situated on steep inclines where boxed shipping is impractical. Providing specific instructions for side-door access helps us complete the delivery without obstructing narrow public lanes.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we place the flowers in a sheltered area, as many local homes lack deep overhangs or enclosed porches. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the same visual style. A working phone number for the recipient is required to manage deliveries to properties with gated gravel drives or residences set far back from the main road.
