Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various residential complexes and senior living facilities in Bayville?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to single-family homes on lagoon-side drives, funeral homes, and units within the senior living complexes across the area. At checkout, you must provide the specific unit number and building letter for all community residences. This information allows our drivers to move past central security points and deliver directly to the correct doorstep.

Question 2

How are flowers transported and left at properties across this suburban layout?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the wide driveways and varied property sizes in the area. We do not use shipping boxes, ensuring the arrangement remains upright during the drive to your residential street. Providing details about porch access or side-entry locations helps us place the flowers in a stable area.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with recipient access or flower availability?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we leave the arrangement in a shaded spot and place a notice on the door. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value to maintain the size of the design. Providing a secondary phone number for the gatehouse of gated adult communities prevents delays if the resident does not answer their intercom.
