Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and residential buildings in Beachwood?

Accepted Answer

In this residential borough, we deliver to private homes and the low-rise professional offices located along the main boulevards. For office deliveries, you must provide the suite number and specify if the building has a central reception or individual unit access. These details are necessary because many local commercial buildings lack a main lobby directory.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries are made by hand to accommodate the local layout of single-family homes with front porches and private walkways. Please indicate at checkout if the home has a screened-in porch or a gated side entrance where items can be left. This information prevents delays caused by street-side obstructions or restricted property access.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will leave the arrangement on a porch or at a side door that is shielded from the street. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value that matches the original design. Providing the recipient's phone number allows us to verify property access if we encounter a locked gate or a shared driveway.
