Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to healthcare facilities, funeral homes, and gated communities?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to medical centers or gated lake communities, you must provide the specific wing, room number, or gate code at checkout. These details allow the driver to navigate through security points and building layouts to reach the correct desk or room. This information is necessary because many properties in this area are located behind private access points or within large residential complexes.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to manage the township’s hilly roads and spread-out residential lots. We do not use boxed shipping so that the driver can personally bring the arrangement to the front door of homes located on long, wooded driveways. Adding a note about the property’s layout helps the driver find the house in areas where mailboxes are grouped away from the home.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will leave the flowers in a secure spot by the door. If a specific flower is not in stock, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value that matches the original style. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps the driver coordinate delivery for homes with locked gates or difficult-to-find entrances.
