Question 1

How does delivery work for the secured buildings and offices at Picatinny Arsenal?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to this military installation require passing through specific security gates. Provide the building number and the recipient's direct phone number at checkout to ensure the driver reaches the correct location. Couriers leave arrangements at the designated visitor center or a central receiving area when internal building access is restricted.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the different zones of this location?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered and never shipped in boxes. Due to the high-security perimeter and restricted access points, drivers coordinate drop-offs at authorized delivery zones or administrative desks. Including the recipient’s building name and wing ensures the courier finds the correct drop-off point among the various office clusters and research labs.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available at their workstation or housing unit, the driver uses the provided phone number to coordinate a pickup at the gate or mail center. When a specific flower is unavailable, the florist uses a similar bloom of equal value to complete the arrangement. Providing a secondary contact number or a specific office wing helps prevent failed deliveries at the security checkpoints.
