Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and small offices in this area?

Accepted Answer

Provide the suite number for any business located along the main thoroughfare. For residential properties, specify if the house is set back from the road or hidden by trees. These details help the driver find the correct entrance on hillsides where house numbers are hard to see from the street.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or sent in a box?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the township’s steep driveways and winding residential streets. Drivers navigate the terrain to place the arrangement directly at the front door. Indicating if a driveway is shared or narrow helps the driver access the property safely.

Question 3

What happens if the person is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver identifies a porch or entry area that is not visible from the road. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a different bloom of equal value that maintains the same style. Providing a recipient phone number is necessary for properties where the home is not easily reached from the curb.
